Adrain Thomas “Tom” Stanger, 69, Martinsville passed away at 7:33 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at the Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.

Tom was born on Tuesday, October 8, 1946 to Adrain C. and Vivian (Burkett) Stanger.

He was a 1964 graduate of Martinsville High School.

Tom is survived by his children, Bryan K. Stanger, Thomas E. Stanger, Misty Lynn Stanger and Shawnda Diane Flora; father, Adrain C. Stanger; siblings, Richard Blunk, Robert Blunk, Shannon Stanger, Kip Stanger and Melissa Gladson; 6 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian (Burkett) Stanger

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Costin Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be at Costin Funeral Chapel on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday one hour prior to the funeral service.

Burial will take place at Hilldale Cemetery in Martinsville following the funeral service.
