Patricia A. “Pat” Everroad, 78, of Martinsville passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

She was born on Friday, November 30, 1945 to the late Oran Morris and Lottie Louise (Fletcher) Bryant in Martinsville.

Pat was a 1964 graduate of Martinsville High School. She worked at Smith Elementary School in the MSD of Martinsville for over 15 years, retiring in 2011. Prior to that she had worked at the Morgan County Hospital, Poe’s Cafeteria and did some private housekeeping. She was also a member of First Christian Church in Martinsville.

She is survived by her sons, Morris Dean Everroad (Deeann), Curtis Thayer Everroad (Sharon), Darrell W. Everroad (Jonna); daughters, Leeann Everroad (Mikey Godsey), Christina L. Brinegar (Tony) 17 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren. 

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Oran and Lottie; sisters, Phyllis Jean Bryant, Barbara L. Vogel.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Costin Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Costin Funeral Chapel with one hour of visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall.
