Loyd J. Hacker, 69, of Gosport, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at Indiana University Health Bloomington. He was born Sunday, September 1, 1946 to the Loyd G. and Lois (Lance) Hacker in Martinsville, Indiana. 

Loyd was a 1964 graduate of Martinsville High School, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a self-employed logger.

He is survived by daughters, Julie Ann Doyle of Eminence, Christina Lynn Foust of Bloomfield, Diana Kaye Cook of Camby; mother, Lois (Lance) Hacker; brother, George Dean Hacker; sisters, Louella Nuetzman of Montana, Ruth Caywood of Martinsville, Bertha Randolph of Paragon, Sharon Rodebaugh of Cope; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Preceding Loyd in death are his sons; Joseph Hacker and Loyd Charles Hacker; father, Loyd G. Hacker; and sisters, Mary LaMar and Nora Lebo. 

Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016 at Costin Funeral Chapel.
